1 GALLON CAN CUT GREEN BEANS2 MEDIUM ONIONS1 BEEF BOUILLON CUBE1 - 2 T. CURRY POWDER (ACCORDING TO TASTE)4 - 6 SKINLESS BONELESS CHICKEN BREASTS4 MEDIUM POTATOES PEELED & CUT INTO 1 1/2 INCH CUBES (OPTIONAL)SALT TO TASTEPAM NO STICK SPRAY
Directions
SPRAY BOTTOM OF DUTCH OVEN WITH PAM. ADD ONIONS. SAUTE UNTIL JUST TURNING LIGHT BROWN. ADD CURRY POWDER AND STIR FOR A FEW SECONDS. ADD GREEN BEANS (UNDRAINED), CHICKEN BROTH, BOULLION, SALT. BRING TO BOIL. COOK 1/2 HOUR ON MEDIUM HEAT. ADD POTATOES. COOK UNTIL CHICKEN AND POTATOES ARE DONE.
