Drea's Chicken Veggie Burger

Ingredients
1 LB (16 oz) Purdue Ground Chicken 2 Oz Raw White Mushrooms Chopped Up 2 Oz Baby Spinach Leaves Chopped Up 1 Packet Goya Sazon Sin Achiote Seasoning
Directions
Chop up veggies and add to ground chicken add in seasoning and mix together thoroughly. Make 4 even 5oz patties. Heat up Large skillet on stove or Grill and place patties down on Medium-High Heat so they don't burn and cook for about 10 Minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

Serve with my Easy Greens Side Salad tossed in Fat Free Italian Dressing, (See Description)
