Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
8 oz Ground Turkey (99% lean as it shrinks less when cooked)1/4 cup minced onion1/4 cup Ian's Panko Wholewheat BreadcrumbsFinely Chopped Parsley1 Egg YolkWorchester SauceSalt and Pepper to taste.
Directions
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Use your hands to really blend everything together and then form 2 patties from the mixture.
For smaller patties you can just make 4 instead of 2 and halve the calories from what is listed for each one.
Grill 4-5 mins on each side or bake in oven for 15 to 20mins.
