Tasty Cheesey Scalloped Potatoes

2 10.75 oz cans of condensed cream of mushroom soup1 10.75 oz can of condensed cream of celery soup1 oz pakage dry onion soup mix1 tsp garlic powder2.5 cups non fat milk10 pounds potatoes, peeled and sliced2 tsps salt (optional)1 tsp black pepper1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (may use reduced fat)
Makes 10 servings
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. In a medium bowl whisk together mushroom soup, celery soup, onion soup mix, garlic powder and milk.
3. In a large roasting pan, layer potatoes and soup mix, ending with the soup mix. Season with salt and pepper; sprinkle cheese over the top.
4. Bake in a preheated oven for 60 to 80 minutes, or until potatoes are cooked. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
