Cranberry muffins

Ingredients
1 cup so delicious coconut milk sugar free1/4 cup canola oil1/2 tsp vanilla1 egg1 cup white whole wheat flour1 cup white flour1/3 cup sugar3 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt1 cup fresh cranberries cut in half1 Tablespoon orange peel1 tsp granulated sugar
Directions
Mix coconut milk, oil, vanilla, egg and orange peel. Stir in flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Fold in cranberries. Sprinkle the top of each muffin with a little bit of the teaspoon of granulated sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Cool and enjoy!
