Raw root slaw

Ingredients
2 cups parsnips shredded1.5 cups butternut squash shredded1 cup carrots shredded1 T white balsamic vinegar or to tastepepper
Directions
Combine all shredded root veggies and toss with vinegar and pepper. Any root veggie may be substituted.
