Whole Grain Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
1 egg, beaten1/4 cup plain, fat-free yogurt1/2 medium banana, mashed1/4 cup plain soymilk1 Tbsp vanilla extract1/2 cup whole grain pancake mix
Directions
Add all wet ingredients together. Mix in dry ingredients.

Spray a skillet with non-stick cooking spray and heat over medium heat.

Spoon about 1/4 cup mix for each pancake.

Makes about 6 3" pancakes.
