Bacon, spinach, mushroom frittata muffins

Ingredients
2 Eggs3 Egg whites4 1/2 Slices Turkey Bacon 1/2 cup Spinach2 Tbsp. Onions diced4 Mushroomschopped1 Tbsp. Milk1/2 cup shredded part skim mozzerella cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degreed F and grease a muffin pan.

Mix all ingredients together add a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour into muffin cups, should make about 9 to 10 servings. Sprinkle cheese on each muffin and place half of a peice of bacon on the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle with chives for garnish if desired.
