Ingredients
Bowl One1 serving whey protein powser1/2 c whole wheat flour1 tsp. Baking Powder1/2 tsp. Baking Soda1/4 tsp. cinnamonBowl Two1 med. banana - mashed1 egg white1/2 c. unsweetened apple sauce
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients, then in seperate bowl, mix wet ingredients - combine.

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes in muffin tins - makes four muffins.
