Italian Style Meatloaf

1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef1 cup tomato sauce1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs1/2 cup (2 oz.) Parmesan cheese1/2 cup finely chopped onion1 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp basil1/2 tsp oregano1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper2 large egg whitesCooking spray (not added in nutritional calculation)
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine beef, 1/2 cup pasta sauce and remaining ingredients (except cooking spray) into a large bowl.
Place beef mixture in loaf pan coated with cooking spray.
Brush remaining pasta sauce over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until a thermometer registers 160°.
Let rest 10 minutes, then cut loaf into 12 slices.
