Ingredients
200 grams Tapioca/yuca flour200 grams Mexican crumbling cheese, crumbled1/4 tsp baking powder3/4 tsp sugar1 egg white beaten1 tbsp nonfat milk50 grams butter softned
Directions
Mix together dry ingredients (including cheese). Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Dough will appear dry but this is what you want. Press the dough into small balls and bake at 350 degrees until brown.


Makes approximately 18 1-oz cunapes
