Pureed Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 Medium Head Cauliflower (Orange or White)1 Small Onion Chopped (1 Cup)2 Tbsp Olive Oil1/4 Cup 2% Milk1 Pat of Salted ButterSalt and Pepper to taste1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes1/8 tsp Nutmeg
Directions
In a large skillet saute onions in olive oil until transparent. Add Cauliflower and chicken broth. Cook on medium heat until fork tender. Put the cauliflower mixture and the rest of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until the desired consistency.
