Catalina Dressing Mexican Salad

1lb/16oz of Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey.1 pkg taco seasoning mix3/4 cup of water1 Bottle Kraft Free Catalina Salad Dressing1 1/2 cups Kraft 2% shredded cheddar cheese1 head of lettuce, shredded2 tomatoes, chopped1 15 oz can of red kidney beans, drained1 bag of Baked Doritos Nacho Cheese Chips or reduced fat corn chips. (picture shows corn chips)
1. Brown lean ground turkey and drain.
2. Add 1 pkg taco seasoning mix, 3/4 cup water and bring to boil. Simmer approx 25 minutes.
3. Let meat mixture cool.
4. Rinse and drain red kidney beans.
5. Wash and chop tomatoes.
6. Wash lettuce and shred for salad.
7. In a large bowl, mix lettuce, tomatoes, seasoned ground turkey, and red kidney beans.
8. Toss with 1 bottle of Kraft Free Catalina Dressing
9. Toss with Baked Nacho Cheese Doritos immediately before serviing to remain crunchy.
Makes 12, 1-cup servings.
