Campfired-Up Sloppy Joes (Rival Crockpot Incredibly Easy Recipes)

Ingredients
1.5 lbs 90% lean ground turkey.5 c chopped sweet onion1 medium red bell pepper, ocred, seeded and chopped1 large garlic clove, crushed.5 c ketchup.5 c barbecue sauce2 tbsp apple cider vinegar1 tbsp worcestershire sauce1 tbsp packed brown sugar1 tsp chili powder1 can (8 oz) baked beans6 kaiser rolls, split and warmedshredded sharp Cheddar Cheese (optional)
Directions
1. Brown ground turkey, onion, bell pepper, and garlic 6-8 minutes in large skillet over medium high heat, stirring to break up meat. Drain and discard excess fat. Transfer turkey mixture to Crock Pot Slow Cooker.
2. Combine ketchup, barbecue sauce, vinegar, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and chili powder in small bowl. Trasfer to Crock-Pot slow cooker.
3. Add baked beans. Stir well to combine. Cover; cook on High 3 hours.
4. To serve, fill split rolls with .5 cup sloppy joe mixture. sprinkle with Cheddar cheese, if desired, before topping sandwich with roll lid.
