Vegan Tofu Onion Seaweed Soup

Ingredients
Onions, 1 large slicedSeaweed, (wakame), 2 tbsp Vegan Veg BuillionTofu (apprx. 30grams a bowl)Black PepperBay LeafDill weedBasil
Directions
1. Follow directions on bullion preparation using twice the amount of water.
2. Once water is at a boil and buillion is dissolved, add large sliced onion, 1 bay leaf (crushed cannot be pulled out), dash of dried dill, fresh ground pepper, and cut up basil leaves. Let simmer until onions are done to preferred tenderness.
3. Add in 2 Tbsp of dried seaweed, allow to expand and re-hydrate.
4. Cube desired amount of tofu and place in bowl. Pour onion seaweed broth over-top.
