Flank steak (aka grandma steak)

Ingredients
1 lb flank steak1 cup ketchup2 cups water2 tbs worcestershire sauce1 tsp salt1 tsp ground black pepper1 onion, sliced
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Brown flank steak in a skillet on each side on medium high heat for about two minutes each side.

Slice raw onions and layer on bottom of glass baking dish and lay flank steak on top.

In a bowl, mix 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp ground black pepper, 1 cup of ketchup, 2 cups of water and 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce. Pour over steak and onions.

Cover with foil and bake in oven for 3 hours or until steak is tender and falls apart.

Serve with brown rice.
