Moms Potato Soup

Ingredients
2 Idaho Potatoes, peeled and dicedWater1 small yellow or white onion diced1 stalk of diced celery2 cups milk2 tbsp. margarine or butter1/4 cup shredded cheedar cheese1/2 cup instant potato flakesSalt & Pepper
Directions
Prepare potatoes, cover with water, add onion and celery, boil until potatoes are tender. Add milk, simmer until hot, add potato flakes and salt and pepper to taste, add margarine and cheese last. Thin to desired consistency with milk.
