Cranberry Orange Nut Bread

Ingredients
2 c. flour1-1/2 t. baking powder1/2 t. baking soda1/2 t. salt3/4 c. Chobani Greek plain greek yogurt1 c. sugar3/4 c. orange juice1 T. orange zest1-1/2 c. fresh cranberries1/2 c. walnuts
Directions
combine sugar & yogurt...add egg, mix until smooth. Stir in orange juice.
Combine flour, baking powder, soda & salt. sift. Stir into wet ingredients until just combined. Carefully fold in orange zest, cranberries & walnuts.

Pour into 9x5 inch loaf pan coated with non-stick spray. Bake 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Cool, wrap in plastic and foil. BEST 2nd day!!!
