Flapjacks with Chocolate Chips (Abs diet)

Ingredients
3/4 Cup whole wheat flour1 Tablespoon baking powder1 teaspoon salt1 1/2 cups 1% milk1 cup plain instant oatmeal1 tablespoon brown sugar1 teaspoon vanilla extract2 eggs, lightly beaten1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
1. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl. Mix the milk oatmeal, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl. Stir in the eggs and then add the dry ingredients, a little at a time, Stir in the chocolate chips.
2. Coat griddle or a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Using a measuring cup, pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot surface for each pancake. When the edge of the pancakes are cooked and little bubles form in the middle, flip the pancake over. Cook until golden brown.

Serving Size: Makes about 10 pancakes
