Atlantic Pollock (fish), 8 fillets, halvedSummer squash, 2 small, choppedBroccoli, fresh, 2 bunch, broken up1/4 onion, chopped*98% fat free cream of mushroom soup, 2 cansKroger Fat Free Sour Cream, 1/2 CParmesan
In a large casserole dish, spray and line fish. Top with broccoli, onion and squash. in a medium bowl combine soup and sour cream. Pour over veggies and fish. Sprinkle with parmesan. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes, or till fish are done. Serve over rice or preferred carb. Yum!
