Ciabatta Sandwich Filling

1large onion (sliced) 200 g boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon coarse grain mustard salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (crushed) 1/2 teaspoon red peppers 1 tablespoon HP steak sauce 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoons oil
thinly slice the chicken breast.marinate chicken with soysauce,mustard,salt,both peppers,hp sauce and lemon juice.
heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat,add the onion and cook,stirring occasionally,for 10-15 mins until onion is gold brown.push the mixture to one side of the frying pan.
add the chicken with all marination in the pan and stir-fry for 7-8 mins.until tender.
stir the onion and chicken together.
then serve in ciabatta bread
