Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 8 oz Venison, ground, 8 oz Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Bread, reduced-calorie, wheat, toasted and crumbed 2 oz Chili powder, 1 tbsp Cumin seed, 1 tbsp egg white, fresh, 2 largeChili’s Salsa Picante Sauce, 12 fl oz
mix meat, egg whites, bread, onion and spice with 6 oz of salsa. put in pan and bake at 375 for 55 minnute. remove top with rest of salsa that has been puried. bake 5 more minute. let stand for 5 minutes. make 6 or 8 servings. i weigh them out and make individual meatloaves. weigh entire content of mixing bowl and divide by number of serving you wan to make.
