Gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free breakfast protein pancke

Ingredients
1/4 Cup of uncooked dry oatmeal1 Tbsp Flax seed meal2 tsp Ground cinnimon (optional)1 Tbsp Coconut milk1 Egg white1 Banana1 Tbsp Almond butter*You can subsitute Coconut milk for almond milk, the banana for the fruit of your choice, or almond butter with peanut butter or apple sause. You can also purre fruits and vegetables and add them to tha pancake mix!
Directions
1. Mix oatmeal, flaxseed, cinnimon, coconut milk, and egg in a small bowl.
2. Empty mixture into a small non-stick frying pan on medium heat.
3. Immediately slice the banana placing the slices over the top of the pancake while it cooks.
4. After about 2 minutes remove from heat and flip the pancake over for another minute.
5. Serve the pancke banana side up and spread almond butter over the top.
6. ENJOY!
