Crazy chocolate cake

Ingredients
Ingredients:1 ½ cups King Arthur White Whole Wheat Flour (3 cups all purpose will work but not be as healthy)1 ½ cups King Arthur unbleached All Purpose Flour2 cups Granulated Sugar6 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder (We use a mixture of ½ King Arthur Black cocoa and ½ Dutch cocoa for a rich dark cake)2 teaspoons Baking Soda1Tespoon Salt2 cups water2 Tablespoons Vinegar2 Teaspoons Vanilla¾-cup vegetable oil
Directions
Prepare a cupcake pans and pre-heat oven to 350˚. Measure dry ingredients into sifter and sift together into a large mixing bowl. Mix the juice, water, vinegar and vanilla together. Keep the oil aside. Add all liquid ingredients at once to the dry and mix with a spoon or spatula until all moistened. Immediately place in pan and into oven. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean, approximately 20 minutes. Makes 24 cupcakes. This will also make a 9X13 cake, use a greased and floured pan and cook until a toothpick inserted comes out clean, about 28-30 minutes.
