Ingredients
3 lbs skinless,boneless chicken breast, cooked and cubed2 cans 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup2 cans 98% fat free cream of chicken soup1 can tomatoes w/ green chilies1 green pepper, chopped6 1/2 oz. Tostitos, scoops, baked2 c. shredded fat free or reduced cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 300. Saute green pepper and onion in non-stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Mix sauteed green pepper and onions with both soups, tomatoes and cubed chicken in a 13 x 9 casserole dish. Layer mixture alternately with tortilla chips and cheese (make sure cheese is not on top - it melts better) Bake for 40-45 minutes.
