Ingredients
1/4 cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup oats1 scoop strawberry protein powder3 tbsp liquid egg whites1/4 cup skim milk1/2 cup frozen strawberries
Directions
Mix Dry Ingredients first
Next add the wet ingredients
Stir Well
Spray a griddle
Cook on one side until the pancakes start to bubble
Flip
Cook until the other side bubbles
Serve with sugar free syrup for the lowest caloric intake
