Lean Ground Turkey, 2 lbsEgg, fresh, 2 large Parmesan Cheese, grated, 4 tbsp1 % lowfat milk, 1 ozNature's Own 100% Whole Wheat Bread, 5 slicesParsley, dried, 1 tbsp Salt, 1/4 tspPepper, black, 1/4 tspGarlic powder, 1/2 tsp
Put ground turkey, eggs, cheese, milk and seasonings in large mixing bowl. Tear bread slices into small pieces and add. Mix all together and place in meatloaf pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 70 minutes or until meat thermometer registers 160 degrees at center of loaf. Makes 6 servings.
