Baked Salmon with Sweet Potato

Ingredients
Salmon filetKosher SaltSweet Potato
Directions
Place 1 salmon filet in a pice of foil. Sprinkle with kosher salt and seal. Cook in 350 degree preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes or until done.
Scrubb sweet potato and pierce with fork. Wrap in damp paper towel and cook in microwave oven until done (approximately 10 minutes for 1 medium sweet potato)
