tomatos, tomato paste (low sodium), GROUND cumin, salt, pepper, serrano (or jalepeno) pepper, green pepper, onion, vinegar
put it all in a blender and pulse til you have consistency you like. The longer it sits in the fridge, it will get hotter and will get a jelly consistency..stir it up and it will thin right out and be yummy!!
