Ingredients:Happy Harvest Beets sliced Aldi, 240 gram(s) 1 can with liquidGranulated Sugar, 50 grams 1/2 cupCider Vinegar, 25 grams 1/4 cupHard Boiled Egg, 4 large
Boil eggs in water for 20 min drain & cool. Peel eggs set aside. Mix beets with liquid from can,sugar & vinegar. Add peeled eggs & chill in frig.
