Greek Pizza

Ingredients
1 pita bread,white1 tbs. Extra-Virgin Olive OilCrazy Jane's Mixed Up Salt3 cups fresh spinach1 small red tomato, diced1 oz. Feta Cheese (about 2 tbs. You can add more if you want)1 oz. Mozzarella Cheese (you can add more if you want)1 oz. kalamata olives, pitted (optional)sliced chicken (optional, not included in nutrition info)
Directions
Wash your hands. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Spread olive oil over the pita, then top with spinach, tomatoes, cheeses, olives, and chicken.

Place directly on oven rack, and bake for 10-12 min. until crust is brown and cheeses are completely melted. Enjoy!
