Pie Crust (either home made or store bought)softened butter (approximately three tablespoons or 1/3-1/2 stickSugar (approx 1/2 cup)Ground CinnimonSprinkle of salt
Roll out pie crust to about 1/8" thick and generously spread softened butter over entire surface of the crust. Sprinkle with sugar to generously cover entire surface. Sprinkle with cinnimon (less than the sugar) to cover entire surface. Lightly sprinkle salt over surface.
Roll the pie crust tightly. Cut approximately 15 one inch cookies out of roll and place them standing up on cookie sheet or in pie pan. Bake at 425 degrees in preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes or until golden and "done".
They are delicious served with home made whip cream or ice cream.
