Italian Parmesan Oven Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients
3 med. Potatoes2 large carrots2 cups chopped broccoli 1 small onion sliced1 clove garlic2 Tbls. olive oil1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper1 dash garlic powder1 tbls. Italian Seasoning1/4 c freshly grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Clean,Chop, slice and dice your vegetables.

Add two tablespoons olive oil to ziplock bag.
place all vegetables and seasoning in bag, coating all vegetable with oil and spices.

Place into a 9x13 baking dish, cooked uncovered at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes.

Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top vegetables.
