Clean Lasagna

Ingredients
Whole Wheat lasagna noodles, 93% ground beef, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg whites, Parmesan cheese, ground coriander, ground cumin, garlic powder, onion, zucchini, adobo, hunts tomato sauce, ragu sauce, salt.
Directions
preheat oven at 350... Boil lasagna with salt until al dente... drain and brown beef with onions, coriander, cumin, garlic powder, zucchini, adobo and salt.
-While meat is cooking whisk together ricotta cheese, milk, eggs and Parmesan cheese and set aside.
- In a rectangular pan spread some ragu on the bottom, lay some lasagna noodles, add some of the beef, spread some of the mozzorella cheese then pour about 1/3 of the ricotta mixture evenly over it. Start another layer the same way then last layer of lasagna noodles spread some ragu, last bit of cheese and pour the remainder of the ricotta mixture over the top. (should be 2 layers of noodles)
-Cook in oven at 375 degrees until top it bubbly and slightly golden. Let rest for about 10-15 minutes and enjoy. :)
