Chocolate and Banana Shake

Ingredients
8oz Vanilla Almond Milk1 medium banana1/2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder1/2 cup plain greek yogart-optionalscoop of whey protien and benefiber
Directions
Easy! Just put everything in the blender and blend until smooth. Takes about 2 minutes if blender is lesser quality and 1 minute if you have a super blender!

If you freeze the peeled banana first, then it makes a milkshake :) the banana is inplace of icecream!
