Buttermilk Cinnamon Walnut Coffeecake

Ingredients
Directions
1.25 cups wheat flour1 cup brown sugar.75 cup white sugar2 tsp cinnamon.25 tsp ginger.75 cup canola oil1 cup chopped walnuts1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1 cup buttermilk1 egg beaten
Combine flour, sugars, ginger, 1 tsp of the cinnamon and oil. Mix well.
Remove 3/4 cup of this mixture - add the rest of the cinnamon and the nuts and reserve for topping.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour into greased 9X13 baking pan (I use Pam for this)
Top with the nut mixture
Bake at 350 F for 40-45 minutes.
Serving Size: makes 1 9x13 pan
