Everyday Paleo Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
6-7 Yams or Sweet Potatoes4 TBS Butter3 TBS Cinnamon1/2 TBS Nutmeg1 tsp ginger1 apple, grated
Directions
Peel yams/potatoes, cube, boil in water until soft, drain.
Place yams/potatoes in large mixing bowl, mashed until smooth. Add butter and spices, mix. Add apple, mix well.
