1. 2 Tomatoes (medium sized)2. Tablespoon of shredded basil3. 1 clove garlic (inside root removed if you prefer)4. Tablespoon sunflower oil5. Salt and Pepper
1. Chop up the tomatoes and basil
2. Peel the garlic and remove the root and also chop this up in small pieces
3. Mix these together
4. Add the oil, salt and pepper
5. serve.
