- 4 tbsp soy flour- 1 serving Truvia- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon - 1/2 cup almond milk- 1 cup egg beaters - 1 tbsp vanilla extract
First mix dry ingredients. Then beat the wet ingredients with the dry in a magic bullet. Heat skillet to medium heat. Use Pam cooking spray before pouring battle. Pour batter and let cook for 3 minutes on first side and 1 1/2 minutes on the other. Serve and enjoy!
