Low Carb Parmesan Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients
16 chicken drumsticks1 tsp black pepper1 tsp salt2 cups Kraft Parmesan cheese2 large eggs6 pats of butter
Directions
Combine Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper in a dish.
Melt the butter.
Mix eggs and butter in a dish and stir rapidly.
Dip each drumstick in the egg/butter wash and then coat in the Parmesan cheese mix.
Bake for 45-60 minutes at 400 degrees.

    7/16 These were good! I lowered the sodium a good bit by using unsalted butter, no added salt and try to get a Parmesan cheese with lower sodium -- and it is still plenty salty. Just what we needed for a potluck dinner with children. Also good for gluten free recipe. - 8/18/14
