Directions
Salt and pepper fillets. Lightly dust fillets in flour. Saute using fat-free cooking spray for 3 minutes on each side until done. Remove to serving platter; keep warm. Toast almonds 1 minute in skillet using fat-free cooking spray. Sprinkle over fish.
