Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup quick oats1/2 cup milk1 cup flour2 tsp baking powder2 TBS sugar2 TBS butter, melted1 egg1/2 cup milk
Directions
Heat 1/2 cup milk, add quick oats and let set for 10 minutes away from heat.

Melt 2 TBS butter and remove from heat. Add 1/2 cup milk and 1 egg - beat lightly.

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder together, add oatmeal and blend, add butter mix and blend until a batter is formed.

Grill on teflon griddle pan or in frying pan - makes six good size pancakes.
