Ingredients
.75 Cup White Flour.75 Cup Corn Meal.75 Cup Nonfat Milk add 1 T Vinegar2 Teaspoons baking poweder.5 Teaspoon salt1 eggSour Milk and add all ingredients beating together until mixed.Cook in nonstick pan on stove on low heat approximately 10 minutes on each side.Divide into 8 pieces and serve hot.
