1 large head of cabbage3 green onions1 store bought roaster chicken, shredded and skin removed12 tbsp splenda3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil3/4 cup rice wine vinegar3/4 tsp black pepper2 pkgs. Ramen Noodles (crushed)1/4 cup sunflower seeds2 tbsp sesame seeds
Combine cabbage, green onions, and chicken in a bowl. In another bowl combine splenda, vinegar, pepper and oils. Pour half of the dressing over salad and reserve the rest for those that need more. Crumble noodles and nuts. Add just before serving. Sesame seeds are option.
