Lipton Oven Roasted Vegetables

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 450°. Combine all ingredients until evenly coated in 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan.
Bake, stirring once, 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
*Use any combination of the following, sliced: zucchini, yellow squash, red, green or yellow bell peppers, carrots, celery, onion and mushrooms.
**SUBSTITUTION: Spray pan lightly with nonstick cooking spray and replace oil with 2 Tbsp. water.
