One bag Spring Mix Salad1/2 cup Walnuts1/2 cup Dried Cranberries4 tbsp Gorgonzola Crumbles8 tbsp Raspberry VinaigretteAdditional/Substitution Ingredients:Fresh apple slicesDried CherriesBlue Cheese
Directions
Put field greens into large serving bowl. Sprinkle top with dried cranberries, walnuts, and gorgonzola* crumbles. Drizzle vinaigrette over top. Serve.

*Can substitute gorgonzola for blue cheese.
