Corn Bread, gluten free/sugar free

Ingredients
1 c. cornmeal1 c. rice flour2 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt1 cup Stevia powder2 eggs, beatenrice milk (about 1 cup)
Directions
Combine dry ingredients. Add egg and enough rice milk until batter is of desired consistency (to resemble cake batter). Pour into greased 9x13 pan and bake at 400° about 25 min. or until browned (or cook as pancakes on stove-top).

Serving Size: makes 10 pancakes or a pan of 10 pieces of cornbread
