Easy salmon patties

Ingredients
1 can of salmon2 tbsp ground flax2 egg whites1 tsp garlic, fresh minced1 tsp minced onionseason to taste with:onion powder (1/2 tsp)dill, fresh (2-3 tsp)light coat of olive oil (1 tbsp)
Directions
In a medium bowl mix salmon, egg, flax, onion, garlic, and seasonings. Blend with a fork until uniform. Divide in half twice to make 4 sections. heat medium skillet with light coating of olive oil; non-stick spray could be substituted. Form each section into a patty shape and place in pan. Cook over med-low heat for approx. 5 mn or until lightly browned. Turn the patties over then cover for remaining 5 min. I enjoy my patty on a whole wheat sandwich thin with 2 slices of avocado.

Serving Size: makes 4-2 inch patties or 2-4 inch patties
