Ingredients
* *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz * Beans, pinto, 500 grams * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 2 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" * Onions, raw, 1 large * Garlic, 2 tsp * *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp * Chili powder, 1 tbsp * *Corriander, 1 tsp
Directions
Brown turkey, garlic and onion.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer until thickened.
