Yummy to My Tummy Chicken

Ingredients
1 pound b-less/s-less chicken breasts/tenders1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce1 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped bell pepper3 garlic cloves, minced1/4 cup white cooking wine1 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper1 bayleaf, whole or crushed2 tbsp olive oil1 packet Sazon (for stews- sorry, couldn't find it in the ingredients list)Green olives- sliced ( about 1/4 cup )
Directions
Sautee onions, peppers, garlic, Sazon, salt and pepper in the olive oil. Add cooking wine ( totally optional ) and let simmer on medium heat while stirring. Add chicken breasts or tenders ( I prefer to use tenders for better portion control ) and cook meat thoroughly. Reduce heat to low/medium and add spaghetti sauce and bay leaf. Combine all ingredients and set on low heat. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add sliced green olives during the last five minutes or use as garnish ( gives it a nice little kick). I usually serve the sauce over brown rice and add a side of steamed broccoli. Enjoy!
